I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
I bring over 18 years of experience supporting survivors of violence, and I’m deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel heard, respected, and supported. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals navigate the justice system and work through the barriers that can make accessing services challenging. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, and I believe in the power of advocacy, connection, and community in the healing process.
As a Justice System Navigator with ORCC, I help individuals navigate the justice system and connect them to the resources they need—whether that’s legal support, community services, or safety planning. I believe strongly in reducing barriers and walking alongside survivors on their healing journeys.
