- Legal advice available over the phone (1-800-668-8285) and through live chat for areas such as: domestic violence, family law, immigration and refugee law, criminal law, civil mental health law and poverty law
- If you qualify financially, they help pay for a certain number of hours for a private lawyer to represent you
- Services available in English and French
