Margaret Mead once said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world. In fact, it's the only thing that ever has." This quote captures the spirit that drives Libby in her work as the Finance & Operations Coordinator at ORCC. With over 20 years of experience in comparable administrative positions with Indigenous organizations like the Native Women's Association of Canada, Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, Odawa Native Friendship Centre, and Gignul Not-For-Profit Housing, Libby has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the accounting process for not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
Outside of work, Libby is happily married and resides in Smiths Falls, ON. She cherishes spending time with her five grandchildren and takes advantage of any chance she gets to travel.
